What data we collect
We collect name, email address and phone number when you submit a contact form or book a call. We also collect technical data such as IP address and browser information through analytics tools.
Why we collect data
We process personal data to respond to inquiries, send quotes and perform contracts. We do not send marketing without your consent.
Third-party services we use
- Stripe: payments. PCI DSS certified. stripe.com/privacy
- Reputable digital signing providers: secure digital signatures. See the provider's privacy policy linked in the signing flow.
- Resend: transactional email.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: anonymized traffic analytics.
- Supabase: data storage on servers in the EU.
How long we keep data
Customer data is kept for as long as the contractual relationship is active and thereafter as required by applicable bookkeeping and tax rules. Contact form data is deleted after 12 months if no agreement is signed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. EU/EEA visitors also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact hej@shorelinetechstudio.se and we will respond within 30 days.
