Maintenance belongs to each package (excl. VAT). Websites: Mini $49/mo, Start $85/mo, Growth $140/mo and Full Stack $225/mo. Digital employees: Answer $140/mo, Book $210/mo and Commerce $355/mo. That covers hosting, security and support. You update content yourself via the control panel. On the monthly plan, maintenance is included during the 12-month term.

It depends on how you pay. If you pay the full build now there is no lock-in, and maintenance can be cancelled at any time. If you choose monthly payment the term is 12 months. If you want to stop earlier you settle the remaining build cost as agreed in the contract.

Then we build it. The packages are starting points, not limits. We always set a fixed quote for custom work, monthly or pay now. You never get a surprise invoice. If you can describe it, we can build it.

Yes, 100%. The code is in your GitHub account from day one. We do not use proprietary platforms you become dependent on. If you switch provider in two years, you take everything with you without buying anything out or starting over.

Yes. We integrate with most systems that have an API: Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Klarna, Stripe, PayPal, Klaviyo, DHL, FedEx and more. Search the integration list on the homepage, if it has an API, we can usually integrate it.

30 minutes, no sales script. We go through your goal, what actually needs to be built and what it costs. You talk directly to the person building, not a project manager. If we are not the right fit, we say so directly, no follow-up emails for two weeks.

Usually 1 to 2 weeks from a signed agreement. We run a maximum of 4 projects in parallel to protect quality and delivery times. Sometimes we can start earlier, sometimes there is a short queue. We will tell you honestly in the meeting.

If you pay now, the initial payment (50% at project start) is not refunded, it covers kickoff and planning. If the project stops later, the difference is invoiced based on the steps that are done and approved by you. If you choose monthly payment, the startup fee is not refunded, and the 12-month term applies.
